I was born and raised in Washington and have spent my life in the
Pacific Northwest. My first career was in higher education, where I
supported students with disabilities for over 25 years... work rooted in advocacy, inclusion, and care.
I’ve moved through many personal and professional transitions, and I know how healing it can be to feel understood.
I often find that healing in nature... pausing to notice light, texture, and stillness.Therapy offers the same: space to be seen and gently supported.
